Frequently Asked Questions

  • Two sizes are available: 4x6in (handheld size, great for events and giveaways) and 12x18in (larger display size ideal for parades and promotions).
  • Minimum order is 12 pieces per design.
  • Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. No vector? Send your best image or reference and we'll quote a design fee of $20–$65+ depending on complexity.
  • Orders under 100 pieces use digital sublimation with a 2–4 week turnaround. Orders of 100 or more use dye sublimation — $185 setup fee per color, 7 color maximum, 6–16 week turnaround. Turnaround begins after artwork approval.
  • Parades, sporting events, trade shows, grand openings, political rallies, school events, and branded giveaways.
  • Stick flags are single-sided with the design printed through so it's visible on both sides, though reversed on the back.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable. Production starts after you approve the proof — please review it carefully before approving.
