- How to Shop Online Store?
Simply click on “Add to Cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found on the left next to the item in your basket. - Order and Shopping Cart process?
1. Returning customer. You may simply enter your e-mail address and password for faster checkout. 2. New customer. By creating an account at FlagsImporter.com you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. 3. Proceed direct checkout.
Proceed to Checkout without creating an account. By choosing this option none of your user information will be kept in our records, and you will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.

- Shipping standards?
Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS. Generally Shipping times are 3-5 business days within U.S.A . Delivery internationally approximately takes 7-10 business days. All orders must be prepaid before shipping. Orders placed by 3pm PST will ship at the same business day. Orders are shipped directly from The warehouses with Standard Operating Procedures. General shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

- Email Confirmation & Tracking Numbers?
Auto email confirmations are sent follow by next day after your order. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided with the order. If you do not receive any email confirmations, please contact us. (800)709-3488 Make sure the email address provided with the order is valid.

- Payment policy?
The following are acceptable methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Cashiers check, Money Orders, and Bank wire payment. Orders paid by check will be held until the check has cleared. Please Note : NO C.O.D
- Returns policy?
No merchandise will be accepted for return without written authorization. Returns accepted within 30 days only. Restocking fee of 20% applied to returned merchandise.
- Shipping error?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by Flags Importer Corp. We will issue a credit for merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items being returned must be original package in new condition for a full credit to be issued. A copy of the receipt must be included with any returned items. Please send any returns to our address printed on your receipt. Custom items are NOT returnable. Please e-mail with any questions you may have about returns.

- Incorrect Item Received?
Sometimes shipping packing errors will occur. If we sent an incorrect item, please notify us upon receive your orders, no later than 3 working days. Please contact us by e-mail or call us at (800)709-3488 We will promptly correct the error.
- Refused delivery?
Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
- Replacement order?
We will mail you a prepaid return label to ship the incorrect item back to us via UPS. Once the incorrect item is returned to us, we will ship your correct item at no cost to you. Alternatively, we can enter a new order for your correct item. You will be billed for the difference.

- Defective Items?
A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.
- Shipping charges?
Shipments are FOB our warehouse unless specifically quoted otherwise. Unless specifically requested, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground transport. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. Any freight quotation provided before shipment is an estimate only.
- State's Sales Tax?
State's sales tax are
7.75% It's collected to any order shipped to the state of California. If your organization has tax-exempt status, we must have a copy of your California Resale (tax-exempt) certificate on file.
It may makes modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

Flags Importer makes its product to the highest quality industry standards of material and workmanship. One important cause that we cannot control is the way flags are treated by customers. Premature flag failure can be prevented.
